The Eventscase registration process provides each attendee their own account where you can view / manage the sessions (My Events) that you have signed up for and download details to your own calendar.

During the meeting, you can find the registration desk in the foyer, open the following times:
Monday - 10:30 - 18:30
Tuesday - 08:30 - 18:30
Wednesday - 09:00 - 14:00
Thursday - Morning coffee break and Lunch break
The opening session, mini symposium sessions and plenary sessions will be streamed and workshops will be fully hybrid.
No, we will not record any sessions at the meeting this year.
Depending on the speaker’s permission, keynotes and plenary presentation slides will be made available on this website.
We encourage all speakers to publish their slides to the ELIXIR F1000 Gateway. The slides can simply be uploaded to the Slides section on the Gateway. Any questions, please let us know.
