How do I access the sessions?

To access the online sessions, you must first log-in to your Eventscase account. The Zoom links are only available for those who have registered for the event. 

Once logged-in, you will find links to each live session in the agenda. Scroll down the page and click the 'Arrow' button on the session you would like to watch.

Who do I contact for technical assistance?

For technical assistance, please contact us at allhands@elixir-europe.org or via Slack through the "#allhands_help_advice" channel. 

What is "My Account"?

The new registration process provides each attendee their own account where you can view / manage the sessions (My Events) that you have signed up for and download details to your own calendar. There is an opportunity to create a profile whereby other attendees can engage with you and arrange 1-2-1 meetings.

Will the events be recorded? 

Yes, the events will be recorded, by joining the events you are accepting this. When joining the session, there will be a note about the recording status of the event. 

Will the slides and recordings be available?

Based on the speaker’s consent, the keynotes and plenary presentations will be posted on this website and to the ELIXIR Youtube channel. If you would like your talk from the workshops to be made available on the Youtube channel, please contact allhands@elixir-europe.org. 

We encourage you to publish your slides to the ELIXIR F1000 Gateway, for more information, please contact us.

 

How do I register for the event?

The ELIXIR All Hands meeting is for ELIXIR members and invited guests only. The registration closed 21 May 2021.
