Workshop | Data and interoperability for plant sciences
13:00  to  15:00 v Workshop | Data and interoperability for plant sciences

This workshop will allow to coordinate the transition from FONDUE (end December 2021) to Increasing (start June 2021). It brings the different streams of work together, to facilitate and ensure continued alignment of the implementation studies with the activities and expectations of the community. This will enable the connection with users of the ELIXIR services, like the FAIDARE data portal, from other infrastructures such as EMPHASIS. Through use cases from the plant community, this workshop describes tools and processes relevant to other communities. It will provide an opportunity to disseminate existing results, collect additional requirements and discuss important matters such as the identification of community specific resources, e.g. EURISCO, and their connection with ELIXIR Core Data Resources.
