The dinner will take place at Cirque Imagine on Tuesday evening from 19:00–01:00 and will begin with a drinks reception. Please bring your conference badge with you to the dinner.
Coach transfers will be provided from the Lyon Convention Centre (outside Entrance H, our main entrance) to Cirque Imagine. Please meet at 18:15 for departure at approximately 18:30.
Please note that transport after the dinner will not be provided.
Cirque Imagine is located next to the ‘Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie’ metro station. The T3 tram stop ‘La Soie’, which serves Part-Dieu station, is also nearby. Please note that metro and tram services stop at midnight on weekdays.
