What is "My Account"?

The Eventscase registration process provides each attendee their own account where you can view / manage the sessions (My Events) that you have signed up for and download details to your own calendar.

Who do I contact for assistance?

For technical assistance, please contact us at allhands@elixir-europe.org or via Slack through the "#allhands_help_advice" channel. 

During the meeting, you can find the registration desk in the entrance hall, registration will be open at the following times:

Sunday - 16:30 - 18:00

Monday - 08:00 - 17:00

Tuesday - 08:30 - 17:00

Wednesday - 08:30 - 14:00

 

 

Will there be remote access to the meeting?

We will have to get a consent from all speakers in each session to make the sessions available online so not all of them might be available. We will make it clear in the agenda if they cannot be accessed y online participant.

Our aim is to stream the opening session, mini symposiums, plenary and closing session  and make all workshop available as a hybrid sessions.

 

 

Will the talks be recorded? 

No, we will not record any sessions at the meeting this year. 

Will the slides be available?

Depending on the speaker’s permission, keynotes and plenary presentation slides will be made available on the event website. 

We encourage all speakers to publish their slides to the ELIXIR F1000 Gateway. The slides can simply be uploaded to the Slides section on the Gateway. Any questions, please let us know. 

 

How do I register for the event?

The ELIXIR All Hands meeting is for ELIXIR members and invited guests only.
